The color is darker than any IPA I've ever seen. A bit metallic, or maybe the sour zing is just really intense. Unique.

Weird, slightly cloudy color with an herbal, sour fruit aroma when poured. Definitely lives up to the fruity claim on the can. I taste pineapple and maybe a little sour strawberry. I also get a little metallic zing, kind of like zinc. Pretty clean with not a lot of aftertaste.

Some IPAs are pretty obvious they're an IPA, but this one disguises it well. The usual categories defy easy descriptions, and consequently it's hard to put into words. Also wondering where the name comes from.
